In 2015, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reported that productivity losses linked to employee absenteeism due to illness cost employers $225.8 billion annually in the United States, or $1,685 per employee. This number doesn't include the employees that still came to work sick and miserable and didn't achieve their highest potential due to illness. This is where I come in.
When I work with businesses, I work with each employee on their health and wellness goals. We cover the issues that they may be having whether its stress, weight gain, chronic illness, or a lack of physical activivty.
